GE Enduris 3500 is a high-solids, 100% silicone, primerless roof coating manufactured in USA. A single coat cures to form an exceptionally durable, seamless membrane that is breathable, waterproof, and permanently flexible. It is UV-stable and maintains its elasticity even after decades of exposure to weather and climate.

Enduris 3500 bonds securely to a wide range of roof substrates including single-ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), modified bitumen, BUR, SPF, metal, parapet walls, and existing coatings — with no primer required. It is approved for potable water rainwater collection, and is backed by extended warranties of up to 20 years as part of the Authorised Applicator Program.

Handles ponding water

Unlike many coatings, Enduris 3500 is completely unaffected by standing water — making it suitable for flat roof applications where drainage cannot always be guaranteed.

Theoretical= minimum kg to achieve the target dry film thickness (DFT). Enduris 3500 has 90% solids by volume, so the wet application rate is slightly higher than the DFT alone. Practical adds a 20% allowance for surface texture, wind loss, and coating remaining in equipment. Metal roof adds 15% for profiled surface area. Results are estimates only — always confirm quantities with Sealco before ordering and follow local building code requirements.
