She enjoys getting to know the products, supporting the team, and helping daily operations run smoothly. With a strong focus on customer care and service, she takes pride in ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently so customers receive the best experience possible.
Outside of work, Jay loves spending time with her family and her three children. She enjoys being outdoors and making the most of any opportunity to get out into nature.
